Hygiene and infection control is part of our training. We have new measures in place for the benefit of our therapists and clients. These are some of the 'new normal' procedures you will see in clinic. All therapists have completed updated hygiene training.
All appointments MUST be pre-booked.
We will be stopping walk-in appointments for the time being.
There will be increased pre-appointment screening (by phone or email) to check your health and Covid-19 infection risk.
If we feel it is inappropriate to carry out your treatment for any reason we will ask you to re-book. Thankyou for your understanding.
There will be hand sanitising on arrival and temperature checks in place.
We will be asking you to wear a face covering during treatment (you will have the option of buying a disposable one from us at £1).
We are limiting the number of therapists/patients in the clinic at any one time. Friends or family cannot wait inside the clinic during treatment unless you need a chaperone present.
Therapists will be in appropriate PPE during your appointment.
We will be allowing extra time between appointments to safely clean surfaces and put on our PPE.
Any towels or blankets will be changed after each person (all laundry is soaked in an antiviral solution before washing).
We have introduced screens at reception and at the manicure station.
Seating in reception is 2 metres apart.
Products can still be available to buy but they will be kept behind glass.
We will be asking for online or contactless payments (cash as a last resort).

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) states we need to keep you informed about how we keep your data.
We do not store anyone's personal information, payment details or contact details on any of our computers or other devices and we do not keep paper notes. We use a specialist clinical secure cloud based system for our patient notes. This specialist clinic software is used to send out our automated appointment confirmation & reminders, keep a record of treatments and relevant injury or medical history. We need contact information for every patient. You are able to request a copy at any time. Our clinical insurance requires us to keep a copy of treatment notes for up to 7 years after your last treatment.
We use specialist secure injury rehab software to send out any stretches or exercises, this is ALWAYS done with your permission.
Occasionally we use an email contact system called Mailchimp in order to keep you up to date with treatment & clinic news and offers. Your personal details are strictly for clinic use only and you can unsubscribe or opt out of the Mailchimp emails anytime by clicking the link in the email. We do have the ability to send out an email to all patients on our system regardless of opt out. This would only be used in special circumstances like the coronavirus outbreak when we needed to contact all patients to inform them of special information.
